EMBRACING SPRING 🌸 – September Edition

The beautiful season of Spring is a wonderful time to get motivated and enjoy the warming weather approaching us.

This is a great time for you to start using your oils to help BOOST MOTIVATION and put more Spring in your Step.. 😉

Here are some essential oils to help switch on the brain and provide a can-do attitude.

👩‍🏫 Intune – only comes in a 10ml undiluted roller. I highly recommend putting some in a small dropper bottle and adding three drops in your diffuser while you work, study or need to get things done!


This is also the time where Flora comes back to life attracting Pollen which causes allergies.

Now, helping us control allergies is not a one quick tablet solution as there are multiple factors we need to address.

🛡 ONGUARD BLEADLETS.. helps promote a strong immune system due to allergies occurring which could be due to a weak immune system response.

Take 1-2 a day and when allergies are starting to get worse.

🛡 ONGUARD ESSENTIAL OIL.. Add a couple of drops of the Onguard essential oil blend to your diffuser to help purify the air. This blend also removes airborne toxins in the air which can trigger allergies.

💨 EASY AIR BLEND.. helps with all things respiratory system. Whether you are having trouble with breathing from your chest or your nose this is the blend for you.

EASY AIR BLEND consists of Peppermint, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Laurel, Tea Tree, Cardamom, Ravintsara and Ravensara.


Add one drop to your hands and deeply inhale seven times. Remaining oil residue can be applied to the back of your neck or under nose when a carrier oil is added. My favourite carrier oil to use on the face is Jojoba oil. Although the dōTERRA fractionated coconut oil is good as well.

😍 AROMATHERAPY INHALER.. this is a great way to inhale your oils in a direct way which helps unblock your nasal passages and promote breathing while removing mucous.

Oils to add to your inhaler are..

5 drops Peppermint, 5 Easy Air, 4 Lemon, 5 Eucalyptus and 1 Basil.

💛 LIVER CLEANSE by adding one drop of Lemon essential oil to a glass of water. The liver is considered the filtration organ of the body so ensuring that your liver is functioning at its optimal best is important to reducing your allergic reaction.
